Fuel and bill payments are not eligible for rewards

Just now I came to know that fuel and bill payments gives no jewels, and also the following ones: Here is the list of Ineligible Categories for payments for rewards ATM withdrawals Payments made via wallet-based, fuel payments, payment gateway platforms including top-ups Investments - Mutual Funds, Stocks, Digital Gold, Pension plans etc Lending Credit repayment Gaming Gambling Payments to financial institutions including banks, stocks and securities brokers Electricity and other bill …

Previously fuel payments and etc were used to reward gems but now no more without any prior information. To my surprise, even customer care don’t when reward system was changed until they checked up on my request.

I am not against to 10k NRV or changing reward system, but not ok with the statement “Most of our users appreciate the transparency”. @Jiten
