@Jiten Now Jupiter service is becoming more like lier and cheater. They always find the new way to block jweles for no reason. I did shopping on paytm using my debit card but they denied to credit my jweles even it didn’t fell in any classified category given by them which are not eligible for rewards. Very cheap thinking coming out on their faces. Same thing happened with my friend he paid on an ecom shopping site using his debit card but jweles were blocked by them.

Hi Himanshu, looks like this was a rent payment using Paytm which is not qualified as genuine purchase.
We are not rewarding for transactions on wallet platforms as well as for self-pay and other transactions.
@DudeHiman I would suggest you to read carefully that we don’t give any rewards on wallet platforms irrespective of txn type as it is not possible for us to separate wallet load vs purchase txn. It is being explicitly communicated to all users via Email, push notifications and T&Cs. No sure how do we educate more.
If we have made any error, we are prompt to rectify as our system is learning initially to not miss out purchase txn rewards. But I would request you to refrain from using words like lier and cheater. You have option to leave the platform rather than using derogatory words.
What’s going on…? If Jupiter is not even capable to give rewards even after maximum capping you should not give commitment. Otherwise be loyal.
I paid on a cafe using my debit card but no jweles were credited ( for the transaction id 127414528716 ). On complaining customer support giving illogical response. Really becoming very cheap service day by day as it was my one of my fav neo bank.
Please look into seriously.

I made a payment on Dhani Pharmacy to buy medicine and then made a upi payment in a shop but I didn’t received Jewels for both these transactions. I tried to contact the customer service and they told me that they will check the issue and reply in 2-3 minutes and then they replied after 2 days.
They told me that medicine payment was done through Razor Pay.
I do understand that u guys are not able to differentiate between wallet loads and actual payments but when a customer is complaining about any transaction then your customer service agent should have the ability to credit the Jewels in customer’s account.

@Shawnpinto My neary vegetable shop is not being recognised as verified merchant in Jupiter. However, his shop is registered on phonepe. Why is so?
Hey, I faced a simillar issue few days ago.
And after contacting the chat support team, I get to know that the name of the business account should be different than the merchant’s original name in order to receive jewels for the transaction.
I’m quoting the exact sentence used by the customer support executive
In my case, chat support team replied- Sorry, it’s not a verified merchant account. No explanation.
