Jewels not credited for Debit Card transaction

Hi Team,

I have faced this issue with Apollo Pharmacy online payments for the second time.

The debit card transactions do not result in jewels being credited to the rewards section.

The merchant itself is not identified, and reflects as PayU.

I understand that payments to PayU are not eligible for rewards, however PayU is only a PSP in this case. The merchant is Apollo.
