Nope. At present, you cannot convert your payments to EMIs.
But Hopefully, we can expect the feature soon @Lizann_Fernandez

@Lizann_Fernandez still no update. can you check DM

Please provide options to repay using any of the UPI apps or entering a UPI address.

Iโ€™ve opened a Federal Bank account just to be able to pay my CSB Edge RuPay card (since I signed up with my secondary mobile number and no accounts are linked to it) but itโ€™s been a terrible experience dealing with the Federal Bank V KYC agents and Jupiter Cyber Care team. The account is frozen for discrepancies (the app shows suspected transactions) and the Cyber Care team refuses to let me know of the discrepancy or a way to fix it.

Thatโ€™s scary. If there happens to be some problem in Jupiter-Fedral account or app and Iโ€™m unable to use my Jupiter app, then I canโ€™t pay my Credit card bills as well? I tried to install the CSBโ€™s Mobile app but It doesnโ€™t let me register or use the app for credit card details and payments. So, in case of any trouble in future, using CSB RuPay card is risky!!

Ideally, for any co-branded credit cards, both brands should give users the option to operate the card via some methods. Like we have Jupiter and Federal Bank Account, I can access my account via Jupiter app as well as Federal Bankโ€™s App. So if we are using CSB bankโ€™s credit card, they should provide users card management and payment access through their website or app.

Yes. I called customer service in the morning and requested for a link to make repayment for the outstanding amount. Yet to receive the link! The customer service team confirmed that thereโ€™s no other way to pay.

The Jupiter Cyber Care team has frozen my savings account. The community manager / staff arenโ€™t approving my thread detailing the nightmare of dealing with Federal Bank V KYC and Jupiter Cyber Care and Grievance desk.

I got this card to avoid all the transactions in my bank account statements. Got an ICICI Bank Coral RuPay yesterday. Might as well just close this card.

I have banked with public sector banks, wealth offering from the private banks, Citi, AMEX and NBFCs but never dealt with such terribly inept people. They refuse to even acknowledge my mails. Forget about getting a reply and resolution is just โ€ฆ

:slightly_frowning_face: Iโ€™m sad and troubled to see you face such issues. I am worried for other users as well who might face same thing anytime. I wish your problem will be solved satisfactorily soon. I should avoid using this CSB Edge credit card as if similar thing ever happened to me, Itโ€™ll ruin my credit score.

We canโ€™t even pay this credit card bill via Paytm

Even canโ€™t pay Bills through Cred

Folks, while it I agree the issues in the app are causing an inconvenience, letโ€™s give the team sometime to fix these issues.

Plenty of repayment options available
even if Jupiter account frozenโ€ฆ Sms repayment link available

Thanks buddy. Iโ€™m relieved.

Only if the repayment link actually arrived.

Have you linked any other bank accounts with Jupiter?
If yes, you could pay the bill amount by selecting that account

@Lizann_Fernandez please look into it

I signed up for the waitlist with my secondary mobile number to avoid any spam. Since thereโ€™s no accounts linked to it, I decided to go ahead and open an account on Jupiter just to be able to pay the RuPay card bills.

Kunal, do you have other accounst which are linked to UPI? Those can be used at the time of any repayment (even pay early).

In addition to this, what are the other desired payment options here? Let us know. We are also looking at enabling repayment via third party applications (eg Cred or Cheq), but this will be live only by April.

Lizann, thank you for the message. At least you are engaging in a conversation. I appreciate it. The people at the bank team just refuse to engage!

Iโ€™ve accounts and those are linked to UPI but my Jupiter relationship is with my secondary mobile number. I signed up with that to avoid spam. Thought Iโ€™d go ahead and open an account since that was the only way to repay the credit card dues. Itโ€™s been a nightmare since then.

Iโ€™d really like if the team could consider something that One Card does. Just select any of the UPI apps for a pull request and then I can go on with the repayment.

A VPA will also be very convenient since the USP for the card is UPI. My ICICI Bank card statement also has a QR code for payment.

The Jupiter statement also contains a QR code for payment, which, upon scanning, redirects to the Jupiter app.

Thatโ€™s a great news :rocket: :rocket:
