Itโ€™s really surprising to see how Jupiter can effectively and consistently breach the deadlines. From day 1 you guys never met your own deadlines. (Jupiter Savings, Credit cards etc.) That too not in days, itโ€™s like half an year delay. Alas!

what more, canโ€™t even meet a deadline of an announcement.

Seriously you @Jiten think everything is on track? Iโ€™m curious! Sorry to say, Jupiter is becoming a joke!

Usually how many days it takes to receive the physical card ?

It usually varies with your current location and the courier/delivery partner.

@razack ok got it. Btw location is Bengaluru City.

If am not wrong, the cards usually get delivered in cities like Bengaluru in 2-3 days once it is despatched.

@razack yes recieved the card today, but in the app it still showing printing and canโ€™t able to activate the card. I have been using the jupiter from 6 days( new user ) everyday i have faced unique issues and bugs.

I think yes but sadly not from Jupiter.
I already have 6 rupay cards now but looks like we are still miles away from getting any concrete information from Jupiter about rupay offering.

For each UPI payment I make with the Edge Rupay credit card, I enter a description in the app. Usually, such descriptions are present in the credit card statement for easy review of the statement. But the Jupiter app seems to discard the descriptions altogether. Can you please fix this?

I am on the 5531 on the waitlist , but till now, i havenโ€™t received any offer for a card.
