This highlights the Jupiter development team’s incapability.

Their team lacks proper planning. they don’t know the capabilities of the development team.
It’s okay to release new features and products, but first, ask the development team, “Are you capable of doing this?” (It’s just a general advice, not for Jupiter and @Jiten sir )

The first question that should be asked if they are even following the existing waitlist?

I have been facing issue with the POTS account and till now they responded with no solution even after continuous reminders.

Same they don’t give me any gift voucher because it’s for those who payed 500 as joining fee

Same thing happened with Jupiter edge visa card by fed … they sent me 35k pre approval mail then when check it’s showing 20k … After some days Jupiter send msg by WhatsApp about 20k pre approved.

After trying to apply, the app showing I’m connected with VPN. Then I also mailed and chat via app also. They said it’s known error. They will resolve within 72 hours. But 15 days gone, there is no reply and the problem also not solved

True man, when I joined JUPITER it was wayy too good . I would not recommend anyone to join Jupiter at this moment. Probably wait for some time till they improve their services.

Right, Jupiter, fi … None of Neo bank give us proper support… Maybe it’s because high number of customer.

In earlier days they have few customer with good service.

All the old players like Fi did not charge their old users the maintenance fees. But jupiter is doing that too, they should probably work on solving this issue. Debit card issue is a big one tbh. They should share whats going on in the company.

Full scale neo banking space is limited right now… Not much alternative
but yes whatever may be the bugs Jupiter served the purpose of providing basic banking services to all without the hassle of going to branch.

We have taken your feedbacks seriously on service level side. My team has pledged to work diligently on all issues notified here in community.

Fees and charges are more of commercial call and we have less flexibility to consider for users who are not providing enough value to company either via txns or balances.

But , we remain committed to provide best of service levels irrespective of balances maintained by users. We will review all valid feedbacks on weekly basis internally.

@Jiten I remember the golden days of jupiter when before launch of jupiter you’ve launched the bullet UPI app and personally connected over WhatsApp with user’s to get feedback and to be honest the feedback actually work by development team as well within a week or two, I also know that now you’ve more user’s then the initial time but the experience you’ve created while building jupiter is lost somewhere with the time and right now support team is really pathetic and no one wants to experience this at this time.
I know you’ve enough user’s at the point of time and if 100-50 user’s who are commenting here on community about support team, bugs etc blocked pr asked to leave jupiter there’s won’t an impact on the company but once trust is broken cannot be retrieved.
Taking a week for resolving a query and following up is something we want but one followup and then then nothing even after a month - is it really called resolution or dedication of your team?
Atleast before going live with new features you just need to ask your team to first resolve the critical bugs so that existing member can remain on jupiter then you can choose some member via e-mail/WhatsApp to test new features , this is just suggestion it’s your company in last.
Hope to see some changes and also my application is pending since dec 20th of you can do something.:confused:

But we have been listening to the same thing since long but I hope this time it will be bit serious as it’s coming from you. My issue with POTS is unresolved with no reply from the team since more than 2 weeks.

One more issue is people with lower WL for the rupay card not getting an invite till now.

I have a WL num of 5063 with good CIBIL where as my mother doesn’t have jupiter account but she received the invite for the card and her WL num was around 80000.

Don’t understand what kind of logic the team is following to send out the invites for the rupay card and it’s happening even after 5 months of the launch.

No one even throws light on such issues from the team which makes the users of community lose trust with the WL mechanism.

Hoping this will be addressed as well.

To join the waitlist, all they needed was a phone number and email. If a non-Jupiter user with the highest waitlist number gets access to the Rupay card, it means the team is literally selecting random people, right?

In general everybody in the waitlist was supposed to get pre-qualified credit card apply option (with or without Credit bureau hit) as per waitlist sequence.

But in practice in the name of batch roll out it has now become an invite only card for the waitlisted users/database
