Faced a similar issue, the VKYC agent did not join the first time and the time ran out. was locked out .
Try reaching out to the inapp customer service, they resolved the issue in less than 30 mins and completed the Vkyc. Got the virtual card issued the same day too.
so my brother got an invite for CSB edge cc but he does not have jupiter bank account. So how can he apply for this credit card without opening his bank account in Jupiter?
When the app is installed and the initial mobile number verification is completed, the user should ideally see 3 options - apply for savings account, apply for loan and apply for credit card. Apply for credit card is ideally the 3rd option
I got this reply from chat support team on 22nd December 2023 , but the issue still not resolved.
But the ticket already closed, how ?
Reply from team " Sani, this is a known issue and our team is working diligently to fix it. The reason why this is happening is because, our partner bank which is Federal has defined certain conditions due to which there has been a mismatch in the approved credit limit that was shown on the screen during onboarding. This was a recent change in the limits allocated to the users and hence the error.
This issue is supposed to fixed within 48 hours from now if not earlier. I completely understand that this is too long a time but trust me, if thereโs any provision to expedite this, our team will do it.
I applied and despite making some stupid mistakes during VkYc, I managed to get my credit card approved. The limit I got is amazing. I am using it on my daily transactions but still waiting for physical card to get delivered to me.
I think the federal bank credit card have that annual fees. This Edge CSB rupay credit card is lifetime free. Iโve gone through the T&C. Do share where itโs written annual fee from 2nd year onwards?
I was talking about the Edge Federal Bank Credit Card only. During applying, it showed both fees as Zero! But post completion the process, in app it shows 2nd year onwards chargeable!
But after complaining to CC, they confirmed it to be LTF. Yet it shows the charges in app till date!!!
Make sure to ask customer support twice about it. otherwise, thereโs a 50% chance they think youโre asking about Rupay credit card. (Based on my past experience with CS, sometimes they donโt even know what theyโre talking about.)

Yes bro you are selected customer, same thing happened with me , i have Airtel axis Bank lifetime free credit card, but welcome mail, welcome letter, app and website also showing me that i need annual and joining fee.
Customer team also says that if they debit the charges, they will refund within it next 1 working day .
I also received it as LTF, it was not LTF when I applied for it and I would receive and Amazon voucher for charges, I called the customer care to get the voucher because I didnโt receive one in the mail nor it was showing on the Airtel app, they told me only paid customers received the voucher and my card is LTF, I also checked my transactions for the joining/annual fees but their were none.
@Bhoomika_Gowda@Shawnpinto@Jiten Received invite on Dec 20th 2023 for CSB Rupay Credit Card and on the same day I have shared the exact error screenshot on this community and support team via chat & e-mail however till date thereโs nothing changed, Although one of your team member has connected with me because someone from your team has closed the ticket without resolving the issue and she said Iโll personally handle this and make sure the ticket remains open and this is because the team says I am an existing customer of CSB where I am not, I donโt have any prior relationship with CSB, even if I had any as much as I know it only create a problem if I hold a CSB credit card, if I have any account then why it creating a problem?
And now a days community if full of problem/bugs in jupiter app everyone is struggling with their own issue and TBH your support team is literally of no use better to use an AI tool because that also can handle the same.
And if you were unable to find a problem even after 20 days then what can be expected, I am not talking about resolution atleast problem can be exactly shown up.
Youโve done the same with Jupiter launch and same goes with CSB credit card, and when someone says anything someone will feel bad and he really donโt care much.
So I donโt know whatโs your development team doing but I am not happy with this experience. If youโre unable to handle load or have this much of critical bugs then need to check first own (internally or choose some customers to test) donโt release a half baked product in market.
Now remove the banner and says I am not eligible and Iโll be fine with this.
TRUE, the team is so slow that it doesnt make any sense to be on jupiter anymore.I informed about debit card issue in oct still its there, then they ask raise a ticket, there would be people free to first inform here and then be raising ticket but i am not that FREE.
