Not getting the option to apply.

Me with a Cibil of 780 and existing jupiter account didnโ€™t receive any invite with a waitlist num of 5600
My mom with no jupiter account received the invite with WL above 1.5lac.
Iโ€™m surprised what is the logic behind this which is pretty annoying for people who are waiting for this since very long.

It will be better to make the rupay card application open for all (as per waitlist sequence)โ€ฆ Abolished the pre-qualified concept of approval. Let everybody apply as per actual eligibility (Cibil/income documents).
For better transparency upgrade the currently static waitlist number to dynamic

Now it doesnโ€™t show up in the credit card tab now for me as well. Iโ€™m sure it used to be there.

I applied for the card through the app and cannot do it again, attached is the screen I get now. I have a lot of other credit cards but have never faced any issues with KYC. Who should I reach out to resolve this?

Signed up for edge rupay card some two weeks ago. Got the physical card delivered to Gurgaon in 2-3 days. All good with the onboarding.

BUT the card doesnโ€™t work at all past 25K, despite having 2.4Lacs limit. Keeps saying you have exceeded the limit. Support is just as cluless. โ€œWait for the update, it will be fixed in a few daysโ€ is what they keep saying and it has been 10 days and yet not resolution.

The first time I called no ticket number was provided. But I recently talked via chat and was given ticket #3642 by the support agent

Nah. I have checked and the support even acknowledged it being an issue. Which is understandable. However that was 10-12 days ago and still the same error.

@Nikhil_Godbole request your assistance in getting someone from the support team look into this.

Initially applied for the cardโ€™s wait list I get this

This number is same till now. But in the Jupiter app the waiting list number is 1,20,581.

Jupiter edge rupay cc is available to all.
Those not having access to application/donโ€™t have a Jupiter fed bank savings account will apply via website only.
So in your case if you are having savings account then application waitlist will matter

Got my edge rupay card couple of weeks ago.

2.4L limit, but after utilizing 25K worth of credit limit all transactions fail.

SMS states transaction failed due to exceeding my credit limit. Which is clearly not the case.

Had contacted support the first time it happened. I just got jerked around with โ€œweโ€™ll fix it wait a whileโ€. Well. Has been almost 10-12 days now and still no resolution not a timeline as to when I can expect a resolution either.

So posting here to see if someone else might have some ideas as to why this is happening and how to go about resolving this.

Current status in app after I got notification to apply for Rupay variant.

Why?
If itโ€™s not pre approved, why send a notification to apply and reject it?
Not at all happy with this process.
