Does anyone know if Jupiter CSB card is offering Lost Card Liability waiver?
Funny! In my wife’s Jupiter app, it was showing edge rupay credit card apply option. And when I applied, it shows zero joining and zero annual fees. But when I got the card issued, it shows Edge Visa Credit Card! Plus it shows in the app that first year free and from next year fees applicable!
Then I mailed the customer care, got a mail and call both confirming that this card has been issued life time free and requested to ignore the charges that are visible in the app!
So many confusions! Applied for rupay, got visa, shows LTF, charges are visible in the app, customer care confirmed to be LTF! No good transperancy!!! Though my wife was pre-approved for this card!!!

Thanks for reaching out! Even though it was not any complaint, but I just expressed what I experienced. And for the credit card concern, I’d say that since the card is life time free as confirmed by the CC, so I got nothing to worry about! As I’m happily managing all my UPI with other cards, so this edge rupay isn’t that much priority to me so far! As it didn’t meet the expectation as per the hype created…

My mother has no account with jupiter but received the invite, where as I have an active account since more than a year, I got no invite till now even with the good cibil score. What’s happening team?? @Bhoomika_Gowda
I recived a whatsapp notification that i can apply for jupiter rupay card, but when i am trying to apply its strucked at check eligibility stage.
When i initially apply through site for csb jupiter credit card my waiting list number was 5755 ….now when i installed app today,my waiting lost number is showing 330000+ . Why this is happening… I was a former jupiter account holder and it is closed now… i need credit card…onboard early birds @Shawnpinto @Jiten @Bhoomika_Gowda

I still only see Edge Federal Card, not the Edge CSB Card. I don’t own the Federal Card. My waitlist number is around 6500 only. Is it some sort of bug that Jupiter doesn’t show me the Edge CSB Rupay Card?
Just don’t accept the federal cc offer
When your waitlist number will come… you will get the rupay card offer

Every thing is okay…please onboard me to your new rupay csb credit card…i have good cibil and eligibility criteria
@Aathithya While Edge Visa (Federal) is pre approved for you and you can just get it with few clicks, Rupay CC (CSB) will take some more time depending on several checks.
