Hey team Jupiter ,
You just freeze my account even after send you mail you don’t unfreeze it . And when i try to contact you through costumer care no . You don’t answer it . You running banking solutions but you don’t have anyone out there to listen our problems. Then why you freeze my account if that because of over spending . So why your card have 10 L limit . Then when i use it . You freeze my account without any specific reason . If you can unfreeze me so please do . Otherwise tell me how to close your account .

If you have replied to the mail sent by Jupiter, it may take some days to complete the account unfreezing process.
I suggest you to wait some more time.

It’s been 7 days sunce My bank account was frozen. But i still don’t know the reason behind it. Have mailed the cyber and investigation team daily but no response, even from customer support. Pathetic, didn’t expect this. The whole point of opening an online bank account was good customer service, highly disappointed.

And i have already read the Article,i would request someone here to connect me with the concerned team.

@Inferno If you have already sent all the details to the respective email ids…No need to worry. You will definitely get response from them.
It may usually take some time to complete the process. So I request you kindly wait for few more days.

My Account has been credit frozen. I received a mail from cybercare@jupiter.money, my account is credit frozen as they observed inadequacy in account onboarding process.

Now they don’t unfreeze my account.They advised to withdraw money from account.

But I want to get back my account unfreeze.

Please help me🥺

@imranparvej as per the following article, if the cyber cell has confirmed that the account needs to be closed, then that will be the next step -

That’s not possible , maybe they observe some irregularity in 1st time KYC process, so withdraw all money and request them for account permanently closure, then you after some days you can apply for a fresh account.

Is reapplying for Jupiter a possibility :thinking:

But maybe (just maybe) if the details are not complete, and the account is opened… A re-opening of the account is possible. :thinking:

Hi guys, I am back again, typing this message to let you all know that Jupiter is the worst. I don’t think they have any tele support department because no one ever picks your call. When you email them, they reply with the same generic response.

In my case, there’s a complaint against me in Telangana, but I am from Madhya Pradesh. After a lot of hard work and maybe some good luck, I finally got the FIR number. Then, after more hard work and maybe more luck, I managed to get the contact details of the investigating officer.

I called him and introduced myself, saying “Hello sir, I am Amaan. My bank account is frozen due to a registered complaint.” However, he abruptly cut me off and started speaking in Telugu, which I don’t understand. All I could make out were the last two words he said: “NO ENGLISH.”

I tried multiple times to make him understand what I was trying to say, but it was futile. Then, one day when I called him again (it had become a routine for me to call whenever I remembered that my account was frozen), he picked up the call and started speaking in Telugu again. This time, I managed to convey to him that I had sent him an email in Tamil. He responded with “blah blah TAMIL MAIL no WhatsApp WhatsApp.”

So, I sent him everything I wanted to say in Tamil, but he saw the messages and didn’t reply. Now, texting him has become a regular occurrence for me.

And the process of repeatedly emailing Jupiter and doing all the hard work continues.

You know what? When you call Federal, there is an IVR at the end of the call where you can rate your experience from 0 to 9. 0 means you will not recommend Federal to your family and friends, while 9 means you will.

I would rate Jupiter in the negatives.

By the way, that’s all from my side. It has been more than 2 months now, and yes, my account is still frozen. But you know what? Jupiter doesn’t seem to care about their customers. Jupiter is terrible.

Some money was going to be credited to my Jupiter account and the credit of my account has been frozen due to which I am not able to get the money for the last 12 days and I am facing a lot of problems. please unfreeze credit my account

Please solve my issue asap

Mukesh, as of now, the most recommended approach would be to continue to follow up with the cyber care team.

I tried several times to talk to the cyber care team and even sent them the documents they asked for. They said the account would be unblocked within 24 hours. When my account was not unblocked within 24 hours. So when I called again, they refused to unlock the account even though they had told me 3-3 minutes ago that your account would be unblocked in 24 to 48 hours. Thank you.
