It has been a month my account has been frozen on all credit transactions. I’ve written a mail several times to fraud operations unit as asked to me in the app but no response, I’ve tried calling numerous times but nobody answers. I’ve written to support team and they always ask me to mail and call fraud operations unit only.
It’s been about a month all my money is blocked and transactions are at hold and customer service has been very poor.

My noc has been submitted by the police department but the Jupiter didn’t update the unfreeze. I tried to contact no one is answering. @Shawnpinto@Devansh_Bartwal@JupiterProUser

I’m trying to contact Jupiter via call after freezing of my account no one is picking up the call @Shawnpinto is this is how you treat your Jupiter customers?? After they had a problem??
I suggest keeping the conversation on email since the cybercell team would be looking into this.

If you’re already in touch with them, you will need to be patient. Once the update for your case arrives, you will be notified. If the action is pending on your end, you will need to update the team.
I called Jupiter customer care and they said they can’t provide me with the complaint letter. Why can’t Jupiter provide the complaint letter which they received? How will I arrange the proof without knowing which transaction my account was frozen for?
Its been one month now that my Jupiter bank account is frozen. Had contacted jupiter cybercare and they said, its due to a police case filed in West Bengal. I have been trying to contact WB cybercell, but there is no response from them inspite of sending multiple emails. I agree with @Vijay_Ari_Raj_T_A . Why cant jupiter just share the details regarding the transaction which led to account freeze, so that we can arrange proof for the same?
