From your State they can unfreeze your account and freeze the particular amount , filling an writ to the court , otherwise you have to get with the cyber department

Really having a big headache due to this account freeze. Jupiters customer support should provide atleast the transaction details which led to freeze, so that we can do something about it. This is very frustrating
If you have the complaint details and whether the complaint registered, if you have that details contact the state cyber cell (Google it and you will get the number) then tell them the complaint number they will redirect to you to the investigation officer
No worries it can be solved if you try, if you don’t do anything or support the case to the investigation officer your money will be frozen and account will be frozen. Try to connect with the cyber cell who has the investigation authority.
Have been trying since last one month. But there is no reply at all from west bengal cyber cell nodal officer
Brother it’s your need to unfreeze , if you have that officer number get the address and go there and proove your innocent
Im from Kerala and account was frozen by directive from west bengal cyber cell. its not possible to go till there.

No they can’t do nothing
Ask Jupiter, they will share the contact details of investigation officer and the case reference number also.
You can contact by the details, because West Bengal have 3 department of police . ( Kolkata Police, West Bengal Police and CID )
So you need contact to the perticular department.
Yes, you can get help from the local police, just told about everything and they will forward or contact the official for details.
