Agree. There is no way Jupiter would offer Paytm cash back
There was discussion on another Telegram Group few months back.
I think there were discussions regarding telegram groups back when Jupiter was launched initially.
There can be some chance the telegram account was created then (I am not familiar with telegram, Is there any option to check the account creation date) and is discarded now. 
It’s a telegram bot btw. Yes there’re few ways you can see account creation date of a user.
Jupiter should also provide live chat support on WhatsApp or Telegram.
