Hello, i want to open account in Jupiter, but having problems in verification.
My application got stuck for some months.

Are you getting any specific error message?
I suggest you to attach the screen recording (if iOS) or capture the error from another device (if on Android).
Also please send the same to support@jupiter.money for raising a support ticket.
Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. (Also, check you have working SMS plan)

I aslo talk to Jupiter customer care about this, they said you can’t open account.
@Silly What document did you provide for identity verification?
I guess the issue is there.
Have you opened any other Neo Bank or Payments Bank account? If yes, have you faced the same problem there?
I have provided aadhar & pan card.
No i haven’t faced any problem with other banks

Kill the App once and restart the phone before trying. Make sure you have good internet connectivity.

I tried again as u said, but still the same thing is happening… stuck on this screen.
I wait on this for 20mins… ni progression.
If possible, can you try it on another phone? on any sibling’s or family member’s?
