@Simranjit_Bakshi One of the observations that I submitted in the follow-up survey that came through after the new version was released was regarding the inclusion of the balance on hand in the overall cash flow calculation. Without that, the amount portrayed left in hand will more often than not show as negative.
Like @specter said, So far, So Good
The revamped design is far better than the earlier one.
The real-time monthly graph not only looks attractive but also provides valuable information.
The monthly cash flow and the remaining balance (inflow-spends) are incredibly useful.
The only issue I encountered was in the Liabilities section. Itās great that the Equifax score is updated, but there seems to be an issue with the loan tracker. Many closed loans are incorrectly tagged as active loans, leading to an inaccurately low percentage of total loans repaid.
Overall experience -
@specter thanks for the feedback - weāll try and incorporate it!
Any other callouts - are the trends helpful? Did you get a chance to play around with it?
I think the money tab needs a refresh button or slide down to refresh. Currently I have to reopen the app to refresh the categories and spendings.
Yesā¦Actually, when we drag or slide downwards, there happens a refresh/reload icon (I can see that on Android, not sure about iOS). But nothing gets refreshed after. (It appears only for some micro seconds)
Learn with jupiter cards in the bottom . Are they made to open in external browser ?
https://assets.jupiter.money/Money_Tab/LearnAbout/networth.html
Does consumer loan (paylater accounts) count as loan in Jupiter . Does it show in loans
Yes they do.
I think mine is not getting reported to Equifax then. Showing no loans for me
It might be reflected with another credit bureau.
Experian, cibil and highmark reports it.
BTW I couldnāt find the external Mutual fund insights . Is it available for others?
@yagnesh01 thanks for the feedback! Weāll try and incorporate it.
Curious though - what was your takeaway from the -ve number? Did you understand why it appears so? Was it alarming etc.?
Looking for first reactions and a subsequent understanding of how you consumed the information!
This is a miss from us - has been fixed, should be available in the next update [coming week!]
submitted the details. When can I expect this to be available for me?
@Simranjit_Bakshi while it did alarm me at the first look, when I checked it closer I realised the cash on hand was not included. I understood the fact the end state balance was derived based on the incoming for the month. Having that said, now when I need the right picture, I need complete a manual calculations to arrive at the cash in hand which will match the my Jupiter balance
For now, yes.
Give us till end of day today - should be available soon!
Acknowledged. Letās see how best we can handle this and make it cleaner!
Appreciate the feedback - can I also urge you to use this widget across weeks so you have a sense of the positive, negative movement - do tell us how useful it is, or not!
Will do. I will share the feedback with you over here.
@Simranjit_Bakshi Iāve got the access to the new Money Tab. Thanks for giving the access.
Iāll check this out and let you know my thoughts.
Initial thoughtsā¦ The interface - especially the graph is awesome. But I think the tracking got complicated. I am trying to understand it.
