I recently applied for the Jupiter Edge+ Credit Card via the jupiter app. During the Video KYC (VKYC) stage, there was unavoidable ambient background noise present that’s why agent asked me to reconnect for completing VKYC but all shows the status stating that it “doesn’t meet KYC criteria.”
I would like to clarify that my financial credentials, credit score, and identification documents are completely valid and in order.
Since this was strictly an environmental issue and not a discrepancy with my documentation or eligibility, I kindly request you to reset my VKYC journey.
Could you please help to resolve this issue?
