I had applied for Jupiter Edge plus card and the Video KYC had failed due to some technical issue and the representative had asked me to reapply - However since then I am unable to reapply and the status still shows that my KYC has failed. I need to reapply again for the card - Can you please clear the Application status for me so that I can reapply.
Hi @halfmoon ,please note we have gone ahead and reset your journey, and now you can go ahead and apply for the credit card. Please note that the final approval depends on the sole discretion of the bank.
