Hi team, I had applied for edge plus credit card in march but it was rejected. However, I got an option to apply or check the credit limit on jupiter website. I have checked & got a pre-approved credit limit this time but I am not able to apply from the app. Can you please reset my card journey?

If the automated reset isn’t available yet, could you please arrange a manual reset of my card journey so I can apply for the Edge Plus Credit Card? I’m already seeing a pre-approved credit limit, but the app still doesn’t allow me to proceed.

We have reset the journey of all the customers whom bank approved. If you are still blocked on the app this means, bank has not approved your reset given their risk policies. You can DM your details to @Salini_Chatterjee and she will quickly check and revert back by tomorrow.
Please note that initial limit shown on the web is just an estimate the actual underwriting process follows in the app.
