Website showing ₹95,000 pre-approved limit, but unable to apply

Yesterday I checked the Jupiter Edge+ Credit Card on the Jupiter website. After entering my details, the website fetched/reviewed my CIBIL credit score and then showed that I am eligible with a pre-approved credit limit of ₹95,000.

However, when I open the Jupiter app, there is no option to start a fresh application. Under Profile → Your Cards → Apply, it redirects me to my old application status from February, which was rejected.

Has anyone faced this issue? If the website has checked my CIBIL and is now showing a fresh ₹95,000 pre-approved offer, how can I proceed with the application? Kindly resolve the issue.

Hi @Animego I would like to inform you that your application has been reseted and right now you can go ahead and re-apply for the credit card, please note the final approval of the card depends on the sole discreation of the Bank.
