Hi, I need assistance regarding CSB Edge+ credit card re-application.
Issue Summary:
- My last CSB Edge+ application was declined more than 6 months ago.
- Yesterday, I applied again through the CSB Bank website which redirected me to Jupiter Website (web.jupiter.money).
- A fresh CIBIL inquiry was completed, and I received a pre-approved CSB Edge+ RuPay Credit Card offer with a ₹30,000 limit.
- When I try to continue, the website redirects me to the Jupiter app, which only shows the old application status and does not allow me to proceed with the new offer.
Concern Is:
- The Jupiter app does not recognise or allow me to continue with the latest pre-approved offer generated through the website and is stuck on the feedback page which I received when I last applied for the Edge+ card on November 2025.
- A fresh CIBIL check was conducted and received the communication for the same over email yesterday, and CSB Bank generated a new pre-approved offer of ₹30,000.
- Email support still keeps referring to the fact that CSB Bank has rejected the application which I believe is for my old application from November 2025 (communicated in December 2025), whereas the pre-approved offer is still visible when I log in through the Edge+ card website through CSB Bank with my phone number.(Screenshot Attached)
