I have applied for CSB jupiter edge + credit card in Nov 2025 but application not approved, dont know why ?? I have 788 CIBIL score and 7 years of credit age having total 13 credit cards of almost every bank and not a single payment miss in 7 years.
Now 6 months passed from last application i.e. cooling off period passed, i want apply again but i am not getting apply button. It is still showing your application was not approved.
Can you plz tell me when i can apply again

Hi @Salini_Chatterjee I’m am not able to re apply for jupiter edge card almost 8 months back my kyc failed and still showing kyc failed and not eligible.plz give a solution for my problem.
