Unable to Reapply for CSB Credit Card Despite Good Credit History

Hi @Salini_Chatterjee My application was rejected around 2 years ago with the reason that I did not meet the bank’s eligibility criteria. However, even at that time, I had 5 active credit cards from other banks, a CIBIL score above 780, and a good repayment history with no defaults.

I am unable to understand why my application was rejected. Even now, I continue to maintain a strong credit profile, but I am still unable to reapply because the application window is not available.

Can u please help in this issue

I am facing similar issue my cibil score is 782 and i applied for the card 10 months back still have not got reapply option

I humbly request you to clear my old application from backend so as to facilitate me to reapply for the card

I have faced a similar rejection issue. My cibil score is 776 and i applied for the card quiteb few months back still have not got reapply option.

My Pincode is 201318 and as per the list it’s eligible.

Can you please help in resetting my application from backend so as to facilitate me to reapply for the card?
