There are milestones that have been put in place, which if met will lead to debit charges getting waived

& what are those milestones …if you can explain please specially for students

The milestones are not user category specific. These are overall milestones. Here is the screenshot of the milestones mentioned in the emails received from Jupiter.

& one more thing if start maintaining 10thousand amb in my Jupiter ACC from today… will fees waived off…? because…6month time duration written in email screenshot provided by you…thanks

I would recommend please reach out to the support team via the in app chat or email - support@jupiter.money to get all the details clarified

Yes close your account before march 2024😤

I’m happy with my lifetime free fi debit card :slightly_smiling_face:

But Fi Money also charges an annual debit card fee.

https://www.federalbank.co.in/documents/10180/81307/Service+charges+and+fees+wef+01st+Oct+2022.pdf/fbfe181e-4e94-2e4f-6a3a-271fc45cf3ef?t=1697804365202

Search for Fi in this and you’ll find that Fi charges Rs.199 as debit card annual fees.

The fee itself is coming from Federal Bank and not Jupiter or Fi Money.

But Fi made it free for existing customers till card expiry which for most will be till 2027/28. Great decision to retain old customers. Jupiter decided to charge all customers.

My card was automatically blocked which I received before the introduction of fees. Later had to reorder but I got it again for free when they were giving specific free order offers to older customers ig. The best way to skip AMC is to make an FD in the bank worth 10k rs. Even though they offer lower interest rates, we have no choice.

Fi has a category based on amount that we have in our account like the NAV in Jupiter and rewards (fi coins) are given according to each category.

Is not wrong data showing ?

It’s should be

3 free transactions per month at non-Federal ATMs in metropolitan regions, 5 free transactions per month in non-metro regions
