Help tab disappeared

I was at federal bank branch today and when i opened the app. Help tab wasnt there…

I was suppose to show them that jupiter offered passbook. But help tab wasnt working… I have messaged @Shriram about the passbook thingy…

@Aswin_Benny You’ll see an icon next to rewards on the home page.
The help tab is replaced with Pro for now.

Lemme know if you can see it.

@Honey5197 you can ask federal bank branch with a photo and adhar card…

In my case branch employees where unaware of this option… Sriram from jupiter got it sorted for me. I am going to the branch now.

What did Sriram do? Did he himself talk with the bank employees?

@Avocadorable You should get passbook by default. I asked bank employees of a specific branch and they told me they dont know if jupiter has a passbook.

i think sriram mananges things with federal bank and jupiter. He contacted the branch and settled everything.

You should as the branch first.

Chargeable. I dont remember the cost :thinking:. Most ptobably less than 100rs
