As a fortunate beta tester of the Jupiter Edge Credit Card :credit_card:, I received the onboarding kit today
Here is my take on the onboarding kit.

Prompt Delivery of Physical Card
I was delighted when the physical card arrived earlier than expected. Jupiter Edge lived up to their promise of prompt delivery. (They delivered the card within 4 days )

Packaging :innocent:
The sleek and professional packaging caught my attention. The elegant design gave a sense of sophistication. One interesting aspect that stood out was how the card was packaged. Unlike traditional credit card mailings, the card arrived in a box. This departure from the conventional envelopes added a sense of anticipation and made the unboxing experience exciting.

Card
After unboxing the card, I noticed a discrepancy between its layout and what was originally revealed by @Shawnpinto. Customer name was not displayed on the front of the card. This was unexpected and weird. The placement of the Visa logo and customer names were swapped; the Visa logo was displayed on the front, while the customer name appeared on the back.
Upon closer inspection, I noticed a few scratches on the physical card. It appeared the card was swiped a few times before I received it. These scratches diminish the initial excitement of holding a pristine credit card in my hands. I hope that the Jupiter Edge team pays closer attention to the quality control of their physical cards to ensure a flawless first impression.

Lack of Instructions Page:
One disappointment I encountered was the absence of an instructions page. As someone who values clear guidance, I initially felt a bit lost without a detailed roadmap. Clear instructions would have been immensely helpful, especially the features, reward structure, applicable fees, charges and T&C.

QR Code Readability Issues:
Another hiccup I faced was the QR code printed inside the box. Unfortunately, it proved to be unreadable by any of the QR code scanning apps I tried. Although, the customer care executive swiftly provided the card activation link (https://app.jupiter.money/edge-card/setup-card).

Complimentary Card Holder: :upside_down_face:
On a positive note, the onboarding kit surprised me with a complimentary card holder. With the word “Jupiter” elegantly displayed on the front. The presence of a 3M adhesive tape on the backside confused me. Who is going to mount his/her credit card anywhere? A cardholder without a 3m adhesive will make more sense.

Conclusion:
In conclusion, my experience with the Jupiter Edge Credit Card onboarding kit is mixed. The impressive packaging, the inclusion of a complimentary card holder, and the convenience of virtual pin generation were definite highlights. However, the absence of an instructions page, QR code readability issues, scratches on the card, and the variation in card layout compared to the original reveal were disappointments.

As a beta tester, I hope the Jupiter Edge team takes these points as valuable feedback to further improve the onboarding kit before the public rollout of the Jupiter Edge Credit Card. By addressing the issues I encountered, Jupiter Edge can ensure a smoother and more refined experience for future users.
I appreciate the opportunity to be a part of this testing phase and look forward to seeing how Jupiter Edge incorporates the feedback to create a fantastic credit card experience for all.

Note: I want to mention that the onboarding kit I reviewed is part of their beta testing phase. This means that they are still testing and making improvements to ensure a hassle-free and smooth experience for everyone when they officially launch the card.
