You arenโt missing anything. Only good thing about this card was cashback on UPI, which after the Switch feature, is dead. A cool-looking card, and even the statement, etc, is very cool (and user-friendly) compared to what we get from HDFC, Axis, Amex, etc. But the core USP is no longer there.

Hello, Iโm able to do the video KYC for this card but the agent is saying that there is some mismatch with the details, he is asking to open the application form and refer to the details, but there is no such option to check the application form in App nor it is shared on email, please provide some inputs.

Let me put an end to so much FOMO here.
The card shows a pumped reward structure but itโs not practical for everyday use of rupay cards.
Who can take it: Take it if indusind is not approving your card& this is your first card.
who should avoid: if youโre taking this card for rewards, pls avoid. They give 2% cb on a y one category and if you heavily spend it, you may be benefitted. But for regular utility-based/ spend-as-you-need people should avoid this card. I used it more than 6 months& closed it. I have better cards.
