With Sai Baba Pratisthan website while darshan booking. The payment failed, money deducted and the follow up took about 15 days. And once during the early days of IRCTC, where it took about 8 days. Recently it was Cheq, where the money was refunded in about 2 days
Omg,you have a lot of experience in this case it seems…did you made any follow ups or the refund was reverted automatically?
With Sai Sansthan and IRCTC 2-3 follow ups. With platforms like Cheq, didn’t really have to. They were spot on.

Typical response. Here you will need to reach out the card issuing bank/bank and raise a request. This will be even more interesting.
I faced this with while paying water bill on municipality’s web portal. They raised their hands and had me follow up with my bank.
My card issuing bank is jupiter bank
Then this would be an interesting follow up. Suggest you raise the ticket for payment failed issue. At least it ensures a ticket is assigned

You should contact the concern transport department/RTO once.
I had called to the RTO office…He said that these incidents are common and RTOs have nothing to do…He said to contact nic for the same…
Wow, RTO in any state or city are the same
Is there any further updates ? Also, please keep checking the balances. Do not always rely on SMS saying amount credited.
@razack i had sent a DM via twitter to @Jupiter_Cares and they too said to wait for 5 days…The refund has not been reconciled yet…This is the normal time taken for reconciliation it seems…Jupiter team said to wait till 2nd of May and after that they can escalate the issue to their concerned team…I will share an update when ill get my refund
Ok fine. Sometimes happens like that the refund may be credited to the account but we don’t receive any SMS about it. Usually I had such problems with by SBI account regarding the IRCTC and flipkart refunds. Since the concerned team has taken the query, nothing to worry. and hope it would be processed soon, before the estimated time.
Ok,the transaction was done from jupiter bank debit card and normally i get a notification…I had also checked my account because you said…No refund has been credited back
