Worst experience ever

Worst support one can expect from Jupiter. 8 days back a debit card transactions failed to a merchant and a reversal receipt was shown to me by them. Even after so many days and constantly trying to reach to you people for help, there is absolutely no support provided. Your helpline doesn’t even work. Now I feel really betrayed. I’m the one who lost my money. Other bank which I transact with always reverse my money within 24 hours. And then there is your service which tells me it can take maximum 45-55 days to fix my issue. I m really regretting ever using your service
