Jupiter worse castomer support and fake promises

Now days jupiter customer support doing miss behave with us.
The castomer care told me , you will get an update within 3 days , 5 days gone no update come in my issue.
My “debit card delivary status update” issue is going more than 6 month , but no update come .

Jupiter also promises with one time debit card fees. But thay forget their word.

I have no word to jupiter how thay provided bad customer support, also fake promises .
