Bad experience with jupiter support

Few days back i faced a problem during mobile number change so i mailed jupiter support team, they replied but unfortunately after communication with their team , i didn’t get any reply from their side.
Last reply from their side was in 23 February 2023.
It’s been 10-11 days still i didn’t get any reply from them.
Not only that i also mailed them that it’s been several days but still no reply from them.

My issue is still not solved till now.
