Debit card not working at any ecommerce websites

My debit card is not working at any ecommerce websites since many months, i’ve raised query a month ago , they keep telling your issue is escalated to respective team but no solution till now , they don’t even reply my emails now . my experience with jupiter was very good but now it’s getting worse. I’m thinking to close my account here.
