Frustrating Experience with Jupiter Support – Unable to Enable Online Usage on Debit Card

I’ve been facing an issue for the last 4–5 days where I’m unable to enable Online Usage for my debit card in the Jupiter app.

Whenever I try to turn it on, the app shows this error message:

Looks like there’s a technical issue here. Please try again later.”

Every single day, I contact support, and I keep getting the exact same response: “It will be resolved within 24 hours.” But 24 hours pass, nothing happens, and the cycle repeats again. Honestly, this has been one of the most disappointing support experiences I’ve had.

Before anyone asks, yes, I’ve already tried all the basic troubleshooting steps:

• App is updated to the latest version
• Cleared app cache
• Reinstalled the app completely
• Logged in again

Despite trying everything, I’m still unable to toggle ON online usage for my debit card.

This issue has been affecting my card usability, and the repeated generic replies from support without an actual resolution are becoming extremely frustrating.

On top of that, there’s no proper call support available. It’s always handled by a bot, and getting connected to a live agent feels nearly impossible. When you’re dealing with a card-related issue, users should at least have access to real human support instead of endless automated replies.

Honestly, this has been one of the worst support experiences I’ve had.

Is anyone else facing the same issue? If any Jupiter team member is here, please look into this seriously instead of repeating the same “24 hours” response every day.
