If the atm card was not blocked, then it should work in the ATM.
In case it is being declined in ATM, please check this post below and try to withdraw cash from any of these ATMs.

I also faced the same problem today, the ATM generated an error receipt. Had a chat with the support team, they said I was one of the affected users with this issue. They will fix it soon. The agent did give a list of ATM banks that work, so it was quite helpful. The list of ATM banks : Federal Bank Yes Bank Bandhan Bank IDBI Bank DCB Bank Equitas SFB AU SFB Punjab National Bank.

It might just work, but if it doesn’t you can mail your issue at support@jupiter.money
