Hi @Shawnpinto I just checked my phone that I received a message for Jupiter that my debit card has been blocked which I didn’t do it and while chatting to the customer service they say it is marked as lost by me whereas it is still in my wallet and haven’t opened the app in about 2 days and no one apart from me has the access to my phone who can open the app and mark it as lost so why has Jupiter randomly marked my card lost and blocked it
Does it display as “blocked” within the app under the card section?? or you got just an sms?
Both in the app also and in the sms also it says blocked
Just contact firstname.lastname@example.org .I think previously there were similar issues with DC with some users and jupiter reissued the cards for free after contacting customer care.
Not sure about it.
I contacted them they said to wait till 14 aug
