Attaching the screenshots from my account. Where money I withdrew from Medical Pot got debited twice, once from the intended pot & once from my travel pot.

Please need help. I have updated the app but still unable to withdraw from pot. over view says the total saving but when opening the individual pot it says 0.

I think there is some technical issues going on with POTS, which will be resolved by the respective team in due course.
You can use the chat option on the app for more details.

Chat option does not give any answers it just tell how the pot can be used.

Then kindly raise a support ticket by mailing this issue to support@jupiter.money

Any idea how long would it take to get this sorted as it is festival season and would look forward to withdraw it?

Same bro, my total pot money is showing correct but inside it’s showing wrong

Its been an hour and now there is a note on the pot…! {Your pot balance shows an inconsistency, but rest assured that it will be updated shortly.

I am also facing withdrawal from pots is our money safe.

I have money in my pot my total balance shows 4600 but in my pots they are showing -250 - 300 etc

It’s happening due to some technical issues. You can either report it via chat option on the app or by mailing to support@jupiter.money. Also, I can see the team is working on it.

Never ending glitch in pot section transaction are not getting updated on time even after successful transactions. Making users unsecured about the bank. Support team doing fine job providing the updates but tecnical team needs to gear up. Please sort out the glitch thing in pots and make it more reliable.

My Pot got destroyed two days back and still haven’t received my money. There is always inconsistency in pot balance. I have already raised a ticket for the same but response is not satisfactory. I don’t know what is to be done. Pot destroyed was of 33k and now it’s gone. I didn’t got any email after the pot got destroyed nor there is any entry in transaction section. I am worried and waiting for money to get deposited. Can anyone from this forum help me with this issue :pray:t2:

I have deposited money in my pot, the money is deducted from my main balance but it is not reflecting in the pot.
Why are there so many technical glitches in the app ? Can’t we have seamless experience ?
Very disappointed. I’m using it as my primary bank but I think that’s a bad decision if the service is not so seamless
