We noticed there were a few concerns around our POTS feature on Jupiter.
Here’s what’s happening:
Case 1:
Some users see zero balance or negative balance in POTS without initiating/withdrawing from POTS (Most of the concerns are raised for this case)
Note: A fix for this is being worked on, taking slightly longer than usual.
Case 2:
Users see a debit transaction without initiating a transaction. (This is a rare case, but we do see users facing this)
Note: A fix for this is being worked on, taking slightly longer than usual.
If you are facing any of the above cases, we suggest connecting with the support team and raise a ticket.
Let’s use this thread to collate all POT-related issues for the above 2 cases.

Hi , I had more than 5k in my pots and now app is showing all my pots empty. What should I do?

Its been 18h around and the pots issue is still not resolved.
Is Our money safe.

Same problem I need emergency money
I had money in my pot, bow it shows 0 amount, in transaction it shows the entire amount is debited:cry:

It’s some technical issue and you can see many users are facing the same.
You can either use the chat option on the app or mail to support@jupiter.money for clarification
my pots was showing -500, team told me it is an technical issue

Is there a risk of losing money due to bugs?
The same friend who recommended me Jupiter years back, warned me today & advised to move everything away from it.
He faced:
Big amount credited that he assumed was maturity amount from his existing investments
He reinvested that elsewhere
Jupiter started deducting money from his Pots that didn’t appear in main transaction history
I just checked in my account
Same 10K is withdrawn from 2 pots (though the warning notification is there)
My wife just checked her Pots. Saving habit amounts are creating new pots instead of adding to their corresponding pots.
What’s happening?
Do we need to keep tabs on transactions done into different Jupiter products, outside the platform to ensure nothing is slipping through the crack?
Then the whole purpose of using such an app is lost.

We can assure that money will be safe as it always lies with bank. But feedback taken on how txns are being recorded on POTS side @Sankar
It is not only about recording of transactions. It is also about how can the bank make transactions without authorisation from the user?

Not possible. But write to our support and will get this checked. Most probably, SI must have been set by user
I have already raised this to your support team. They mentioned there is a hurdle with the pots.

@Jiten If you want I can share screenshots from my pots, and my main balance as well. You will see that amounts are debited but not credited in main balance. And I did not get any notification on these transactions.

Even My money is deducted from pots and now I am stuck with the situation transaction done is showing reference for old transaction done my me in detailed description while amount deducted has no reference to detailed transaction.
