How do I go about changing it? I am trying to login from a new phone, not the old phone, with the old number. Also I changed the mobile number in Federal Bank physically, so Gpay, UPI etc is all working, just the Jupiter app isn’t
What is the solution of those jupiter customers who lost their mobile numbers permanently which is linked to their jupiter account and now they are not even able to login their account in jupiter app.

Federal Bank has not linked my telephone number with any other kind app instead of Jupiter, officially they say I need to contact cc of federal Bank

Is this possible to change the number now ?
As per my experience, Jupiter doesn’t allow it.
But if you have Fi, then it can happen.
If you change Fi Phone number Jupiter number also changes.
Happened with me, even Jupiter support was shocked

Yes, you can do it. In mobile change case, you should have your original device and number as well with you.
