It’s already changed in federal bank, why it is difficult to change in Jupiter app?

@Hemnath_M The option to edit mobile number is now live and you can see this option under Account Details>Profile
Please ensure you are using the latest updated version of the app.

Could you please elaborate the issue you are facing? It would be better if you can attach the image/screenshot of the issue.

Phone number change

Hello! If you need to update your mobile number, you can easily do so by following these simple steps: Click on the “three lines./hamburger menu” on the homepage (top left). Go to “My Profile” Look for your current phone number and click the ‘Edit’ next to it. Read the Disclaimer Carefully, accept it and proceed accordingly. By completing these quick steps, you can update your mobile number associated with your account.

Once I click on edit mobile number, it will verify whether I am a robot or human, once done with the verification it shows some thumps down symbol and says we are verifying it may take 5-7 business days.

I am facing this for 2 months.

I also have account with FI, I changed my phone number there it changed phone number for both Jupiter and Fi in federal bank, I am able use UPI in 3rd party app but it’s not changed in Jupiter.

i lost my mobile as well as no,not able to get the no as registered with some family member not able to get same registered mobile no. need to change another no without registered mobile no any option?

You can create a support ticket by mailing to support@jupiter.money
At present, you can change your mobile number from the app only if you have access to the app.
Otherwise, it is better to get a replacement sim from the respective sim network provider’s office. You can enquire the same at the nearby Federal bank branch, if any.
