Can't move out of disabled "I understand" button

Steps to reproduce:
Login to Jupiter with SIM verification
Dashboard loads and within a second page containing info on “Follow these 5 tips to keep your money secure” loads with no cancel button. There is only 1 button called “I understand” but it is disabled.
I am not able to use the app anymore.
Tried steps to resolve:

  1. Cache Clear
  2. Storage Clear
  3. Restart Phone

There is no provision for web login. So is it user specific?

Let’s get this checked for you. If you’re on iOS, can you share a screen recording with me on private chat (Google drive link/WeTransfer)? If Android, then you could ask a friend to record your screen for you.
