You are not suppose to do consolidated 15 lakh transaction on a student disclosure account with income <1lakh annually.
Anyways just disclose whatever evidence you can give to support team… Most probably they will allow you to withdraw your frozen fund & use current account of any other bank (as Jupiter don’t provide current account) @Vijay_Ari_Raj_T_A
