My account was suddenly frozen. Both jupiter and FI accounts.
I have those money to pay my Credit card bill.
How to unfreeze them?
in app it says unexpected activity has been observed on your account transactions or during onboarding.
i am using this account actively for one month.
Have you tried to convert your savings account into salary account by watching some YouTube videos?
my account is still savings account not salary.

i have done crypto p2p trading, that’s legal, right?
What do you mean by greed? If i am getting profits i would obviously sell.
P2p crypto trading r absolutely legal because of not much regulations from Govt
But if you do high volume of crypto trading from Savings account then chance of credit freeze high (use current account in that case)
& If you receive any form of scam/illegal money while selling then chances of debit freeze r high ( always trade with verified merchant but still high risk of receiving scam money)
There are not any guidelines issued by goi related to crypto trading till yet.I think that this might be due to high volume of trading channelizing through his account.
You will get your account active sooner after raising a support to jupiter team.
The crypto network doesn’t work unlike any other normal bank network. You cant freeze crypto transactions ig.
I am not sure if it is illegal or legal , usually many of account freeze issue was because of the same.
The person you have had transaction, if his account is flagged with any illegal activity. Most likely that you may also get the issue.
Providing necessary documents may help you get back your account
BTW on doing P2P transaction , can we avoid the TDS imposed on selling crypto . So if that’s the case then isn’t it illegal?
No one is looking at my problem ,It’s 7 days and my account is still frozen ,I don’t know the reason yet,the customer support stop picking my calls, they are not replying my mails,

@Amazing_Facts the investigations in account freezing cases do take time. Also, I am sure who would have provided the smallest little detail to the team to help them complete the investigation sooner. It is highly recommended you continue to be touch with them and follow up via email every 48 working hours if you don’t get an update
Ask them which month period report need, and send them with your ITR. If it’s matched with data they’ll released your money.
For p2p treding you need to pay tax 30% on profit and 1 % TDS. (** In extreme cases.If in case there was no 3rd party you need a written agreement or letter that he or she will pay the TDS )
Please, Don’t use savings account for business ( crypto treding also a business ) , just open a current account or go with a traditional physical bank.
Both Jupiter and FI bank accounts have been blocked.
Even though both are controlled by federal banks, they are different accounts, right?
And is there any difference between an account frozen and a debit freeze?
Its either credit freeze or debit freeze or both (total account freeze)
Total account freeze is most severe case
But if total freeze is due to kyc issue then it can be easily resolve by completing the kyc requirements.

Is it because of high amount of transactions?
I have done like 15lakhs(debit+credit) in the current financial year.
Its a debit freeze so just complete your kyc requirements as asked & submit ITR or whatever documents you have to justify your high volume transaction.
After proper due diligence your account will be unlocked soon
