I didn’t get any mail from them. May be it will take some time. I will wait for 24-72 hours. If no resolution come from their end I will contact to federal bank branch. If things not shorted after that also I will took this whole incident to cybercrime.gov.in and nearest police station. But as I know Jupiter’s resolution program is far better so they will give me any solution within the time.
How can I know if my Jupiter account got unfreeze?
On 7th july afternoon someone called me from Jupiter cyber care and told me that if I called to cyber department of my area and request them to give NOC from their official mail id to Jupiter about unfreeze my account then Jupiter can unfreeze that. As instructed I do all things same I can finally contact to the investigation officer properly and after a long conversation he agreed to give NOC to Jupiter. Now the point is after this I mailed to cybercare@jupiter.money about if they sent NOC to them or not. Didn’t get any replies. So I can’t understand how I know about unfreezing??
Noc from the investigating officer will be received by federal/Jupiter team after 1/2days your account will be unlocked.
If possible please try to wait till tomorrow today its Sunday , someone from the Jupiter team will surely help you out.
Yes, they need some working days, and make sure the noc clarify the account details and noc including official signature and stamp.
You can also use cc the mail to the federal Bank customer care also for faster result.
Till few hours before I can normally able to use my account ,and suddenly when I was trying to do an upi payment,I came to know that my account is frozen, As I am an student there is no much transaction and I checked my all text messages and mail’s regarding the frozen
But there is no message or mail by the bank informing me about the frozen

More than 50-60 transactions, but most transactions are minor transactions of 20-100Rs
I talked with federal bank executive he told me that my account is frozen because of government authorities to know which department/authorities you need to call at Jupiter ,when I called Jupiter they are saying that it will take 24 to 48 hours to get an updated from bank after that we will be able to know the reason , I am feeling so tensed now
If jupiter team does not unfreeze my account then will they transfer my amount to another bank or will not return my account at all.
