Sir I’ve followed each and every step , I’ve mailed the nodal officer too , but I got no reply from there , there’s 3500₹ dispute in my account which freeze 14400₹ . I’m also ready to give the dispute amount sir , hold the dispute amount sir , pls sir help me , because I’m not getting any reply from the nodal officer. Pls sir unfreeze my account I can’t even go my home because my total money is frozen
@Faisal_07 The complaint is received from Maharashtra Police as per your screenshot. You need to get it solved with them. Once they give a go ahead to remove the block via email confirmation to the Bank. Bank will take the next steps accordingly.

Brother, the nodal officer hasn’t given any response, atleast a single response it’s been a week now !! So where should I ask for help now

Your case investigating officer can’t ignore you.
If you feel that the investigating officer is not doing his duty properly as per law then you should definitely take appropriate legal action against the investigating officer in the appropriate forum.
Don’t sacrifice single penny of your hard earned legitimate money.

What was the reason behind freezing? Is it for big volume transactions or high number of transactions or crypto?

I’ve lost all my hopes , the nodal officer not replying 
, Jupiter not helping federal bank not helping, now what should I do ,.i don’t think they’ll unblock account, @Nikhil_Godbole what should I do now,.sir it’s been a month now , still.no reply neither anyone picking the call. Why Jupiter can’t do anything if nodal officer not replying.
@Faisal_07 Unless the government authority confirms the removal of the block in writing to the bank, we cannot do anything from our end.
My account has been temporarily freezed for some reason not disclosed to me.
I cannot withdraw or receive money from my account.
I want to withdraw my money urgently.
Kindly help at the earliest.

Payment bank had many restrictions
I don’t think anyone’s gonna help , the police department only looks for bribe, they aren’t picking my call nor replying any emails, Jupiter too not helping, atleast if they are not helping Jupiter should do anything.
And you’re saying that if my nodal officer don’t respond then I should take action sir ? Sir another case for a case wow ! Case on the nodal officer for not responding. Again those headaches.
Sir I kindly request Jupiter to help us out, because the police is not listening to us ,.and I’m sure if Jupiter will speak to them for us then surely they had to take actions .
And if Jupiter will not too do anything then I think I’ve to forget about my hard earned money because in this world no one helps the needy. Only the powerful PPL will get everything
If I would be some powerful minister’s relative the for sure , Jupiter itself have to sort out my issue, but I’m not .
