Please unfreeze my amount, i need money to pay someone, its urgent :sob: :folded_hands:

No response from them

Tried calling over phone no response

Please check and resolve my issue.

Its very frustrating :confused:

Please understand account freeze are not added by us and by the bank for specific reasons like unusual activity and law enforcement agency complaints etc. Since you have written to us already, you would have a customer service ticket number, please share it with @Neha_Kanwal and she will get it checked.
