Freeze/ blocked account

My Jupiter federal Bank account is now in freeze for the reason of some unusual activity.

So I contact customer and sent more email but not have any proper and satisfied response so kindly request to you please continue my bank account and you want any information and about tell I coperate with you.

I kindly request to you unblock my account.
