Account have been frozen

Just want to share my pov, after reading the comments here, I was scared that Jupiter will freeze my bank account if I will do big transactions. But there is nothing like that. I do use Paypal then recently my friend asked me to purchase a laptop, and as a result, I got a big amount in my savings accounts. But still, everything is working fine. They freeze the account only if they are suspicious about something.

@Blceye The team does take 48-72 business hours to review the information submitted and respond back. I am sure you have already done it - please ensure you are sharing smallest little detail to facilitate a quick resolution.

It has been a month my account has been frozen on all credit transactions. I’ve written a mail several times to fraud operations unit as asked to me in the app but no response, I’ve tried calling numerous times but nobody answers. I’ve written to support team and they always ask me to mail and call fraud operations unit only.
It’s been about a month all my money is blocked and transactions are at hold and customer service has been very poor.

Kindly look into this at the earliest

@Amol the experience can be frustrating, I agree. The community does not have any insight about your case, what lead to account freezing, the information shared and the communication there after. Plus we are not equipped with all the information to guide you.

Please continue to liaise with the investigation team at Jupiter and ensure you are sharing the smallest little detail that can help them take this issue to closure.

Looking into the customer care of Jupiter.money it surely seems like closing down with its services soon…Possibly its poor services is intentionally to let loose the customers… MOST EASIEST WAY FREEZE THE ACCOUNT DONT GIVE RESOLVANCE TO CLIENTS AND 1ST STEP OF CLOSING DOWN THE PROCESS ACHIVED

@Abhinav_Goyal as long as your transactions in sync with the profile under which your account has been set up, you should not face any issues.

Bro already team responded but nothing provided no case details or anything , i have a humble request to the team @Shawnpinto please block the particular amount and unfreeze the account and other money , because I’m using Jupiter in my daily life , now all just broken due to the block , i don’t know what happened, they told they got a complaint. But they didn’t provide any details to go further. What should I do??? They are not providing a proper resolution or a proper response .

That’s good brother because when I conducted the federal Bank there told me that they cannot do nothing with the Jupiter app because they are differently different so they cannot help with the branch or anything you have to contact the Jupiter when I try to contact the Jupiter they are not responding they are not replying to the mail they are don’t even care how do we supposed to make a transaction and make a account with this kind of things
Even even if you are opening and normal traditional bank with you you can go to the bank and ask what happened on the you can get the details from the bank even I am trying to get the details Jupiter is not even responding to me touch at the mail or to the conversation with the Jupiter they just even give me a normal email about the details it contains that you are a cone freez due to the condition we got an email from the law enforcement department that’s it that’s the reason they got a reason my account then they didn’t even giving the proper email or anything

I do and i think that’s why I got blocked

Yes you will get the complaint number soon. After receiving it contact the cybercrime branch official… don’t wait for automatic resolution… it will take alot of time… Approach the concern authorities directly with all evidence about your account transaction details

Bro just think , how to get to them?? Where to get them ??
Without any complaint details or anything, recently i tried to contact them but they told if don’t have any complaint id or any other information how do they proceed?? And I’n india there are 28 states they have 28 different authority where your account get freezed there you have to contact to us… This is their response.

Well that’s the bad side of account freeze as per the prevailing law but the positive side is scam victims are getting der money back because freezing of suspicious account definitely stop the money trail & after proper investigation helps to retrieve scam victims money also…
Overall the whole process is a pain for the scammers but boon for the scam victims with little hurdles for some innocent account holders struck in the money trail.

In this case I don’t do any scam recently I’m doing transaction in p2p i think that pulled me into it
