Sir, plz ignore her/him. We will continue using Jupiter beyond 3 months even if we donโt get rewards.(But, to compete with your competitors, you should not stop rewarding completely). And please donโt compromise with customer support services in future irrespective of number of customers. I am impressed by customer support team. My transaction was failed but amount was deducted then I raised a query within app, they told me that this is the case of chargeback, amount will be refunded in 45-55 days. But surprisingly, I got my money in just 5 days.

Good to hear because everyone wonโt prefer video kyc.
Some people like me prefer CKYC.
Or Doorstep KYC which is provided by some banks.

May be, because in recent update they renamed the โVerify Nowโ buttom to โKnow moreโ like this feature will be provided by this year end not by month end.

but I am referring to something else here.
Video KYC a.k.a vKYC is now live on Play Store for all of you. But, we are doing a phased out release for this feature this time to ensure that all of you are able to complete the process without any hassles.
Please look out 
for the build version โ1.4.22โ 
over next one week to get access to this feature and complete your vKYC. Also, once vKYCed, donโt forget to check out Pots and the additional benefits that come along with your โ Verified Membershipโ
Also, keep sharing any issues or feedback you may have for us to make the product better on this thread.
Also, please note that:
- Since vKYC process is agent bound, it will be available from 9AM to 9PM on all 7 days. You donโt need to make any bookings. Just get connected to an agent in real time.
- You would need your original PAN and a white paper & pen (for signature) to be ready.
See you on the other side of your KYC

VKyc is being done by jupiter team or federal bank ?
BTW i too got Vkyc after opening playstore from linked email id
Finally KYC COMPLETED
KYC, at the backend, is always done by the bank to comply with the RBI regulations. Jupiter has partnered with the bank to provide a seamless experience to enable the same.
