I am writing to report an urgent issue with my Jupiter Bank account linked to mobile number

My account has been placed under a total freeze. I am completely unable to transfer, withdraw, or use any of my funds, even though my available balance is much higher than my active commitments. I recently used this account to apply for an IPO on Groww, which may or may not be related to this restriction.
