Salary account got frozen

Dear team

I am using this Jupiter bank saving account for long time as my salary account I only receive money in form of salary, and recently my account has been frozen for which the reason is not mentioned , I have already called federal Bank customer support for which they have no clue about the hold on my account and from Jupiter team I am not receiving any proper support

My contact number is 9306491236

My registered number is 7495033958 which is not active now

In the previous mail they have asked for some Google form which is not even attached in the mail, please come up which the specific reason to freeze my account

And please help me to unfreeze it

Account freeze happens because of a few reasons which includes suspicious activities, income mismatch, law enforcement agency complaints etc. Please send the details to cybercare@jupiter.money and they will assist you.

I have mailed them, only credit entries are from my company in name of salary and family member
