My account got freeze without any information. When I tried to get help it shows they send an email, but I didn’t get any email from Jupiter.

Please resolve the as soon as possible.
Bank doesn’t take any permission from the user to freeze the account because it happens either a few reasons - suspicious activities, law enforce authority complains, funds to declared income mismatch etc. However, a notification goes when the account has been frozen.
